Description:

ServiceLink's Vision Global Solutions (VGS) department has an immediate opening for a Staff IT Auditor. This Position will assist in the operation and execution of test plans to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company's general computer controls within the various IT environments. Plan, perform and report on audits of client/server technology, programming, internet and intranet functionality, databases, technology strategy, data communication, and network security. Conduct evaluations of the effectiveness of the Company's IT internal controls. Work with external audit firm to assist with annual 5AS 70 audit.

Duties:

• Participates in the IT risk assessment process and creation of the IT audit plan
• Performs the auditing, reporting and follow-up of technology audits
• Reports audit findings and makes recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving
• Operations and reducing costs
• Assists with the coordination of the annual SAS 70 IT Audit efforts with the external auditors
• Manages multiple responsibilities and special projects as need
• Performs pre and post implementation reviews
• Performs general controls review
• Perform duties inherent in all professional and administrative positions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in accounting, computer science, MIS or related field. CISA, CPA or CIA desired.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of information systems technology audit or combinations of public accounting/management consulting, risk advisory, IT audit services and private technology auditing.
• Possession of, or working towards attaining professional certification (i.e. CISA, CIA, CFA, CPA, etc.) is desirable
• Desired experience with the following applications/processes: Windows, client/server, internet, intranet,
• LAN's, WAN'S SDLC, firewalls, routers, COBIT, COSO, SOX, PC!, infrastructure, general controls, application controls and database systems
• Knowledge of audit methodology, procedures and techniques, GAAP and fundamental IT concepts and applications is required, including SAS 70.  
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and the external auditors are required
• Ability to analyze complex data and information, identify problems and formulate viable recommendations and add value to the organization is  required
